  Just read that Carl Olof Jonsson died yesterday

  for newbies, who was carl olof jonsson?

  he was a jw in sweden who was challenged by a householder in the 1960s, who pointed out to him that secular history books don’t agree with watchtower that jerusalem was destroyed in 607 bce, but instead place the event 20 years later.

  the reason the date is important is because it is the starting date for jw chronology which leads to 1914 as the end of the gentile times, and the beginning of the last days, as jws understand it.

  I just wonder what's going to happen ,,, should the Borg drop or dump the 607 - 1914 theology,,,,, in light of the evidence proving the Borg incorrect.

  Begs to wonder. Should the Borg be proven wrong, how will it unfold.

  Stage 4 Cancer, Stem Cell Transplant and Blood Transfusions

  today, i received a call from my oncologist nurse.

  she informed me that i will need to sign a consent form for a blood transfusion.

  the doctor will see me next wednesday to go through the consent form with me.

  is this the "great tribulation" which jesus warned he would bring upon the corrupt christian congregations worldwide, (revelation 2:22; 7:14) or is it the same 1st century g.t.

  which he said would never occur again?

  (matthew 24:21).

  "Soon" is an indefinite term.

  Otherwise could be possible, maybe, could, probably, assumed, likely.....

  In other words.....its amongst the myriad of "countless" weasel words the Borg throws out there to manipulate its sheeple, mentally abuse and lead on.

  when covid stated, i was diagnosed with colon cancer.

  "I wonder at some point the in the-not-to-distant future, the WTS will accept the 587/586 date and pretend the debate never happened".

  Umm, you never know.

  The Borg is very manipulative in their publications. They could easily insert a bunch of weasel words to make it sound like they never suggested 607/1914 at all...or just demand all old publications back for destruction.

  See...I just did it myself...'weasel' word.
